PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!!!

A Non-Refundable Deposit is required to book, it will also be credited towards your service.

You are responsible for rescheduling or canceling your appointment via confirmation email after booking. If you decided not to reschedule Or cancel your appointment 48 hours prior, you will loose your deposit and also be charged full price. No call no show will be banned from scheduling and charged service full amount.

if you come to your appointment and decided that you would like to reschedule, you would have to pay the full amount and another deposit to reschedule.

You can only reschedule your appointment up to 2 weeks after your original date. If there isn't any day available please write through our email explaining and asking for a rescheduling of new appointment. (via confirmation email)

Deposits are Non-Refundable

-Once you book your appointment, the address will be located in the confirmation email as an attachment

-Your hair must be washed thoroughly dandruff FREE.

- You can also book for two braiders to get hair done on time and for people with tight schedules can’t sit for long. This will incur additional charges
